On June 10th, 1986 the CHRISTOPHER MATTHEW SPARKMAN cestie que vie public trust was established in the Republic of Texas, in the City of Dallas. The trust's sole beneficiary reached the age of majority on June 10th, 2004. On August 1st, 2022 the beneficiary, now turned trustee created the CHRISTOPHER MATTHEW SPARKMAN TRUST to assert his lawful claim and control over his public dba.

On December 9th, 2022, the first notice of lien was filed both on the Cestie Que View Public Trust and the Common Law Business Trust by : Christopher-Matthew: Sparkman., filing number 119434447 with the Kansas Secretary of State. On February 3rd 2022, a second notice of bailing was filed with filing number 119558179, the same office of recording, perfecting a security interest in his trust and associated public accounts.

In accordance with commercial doctrine, UCC § 1-202, UCC Article 9 UCC § 9-501 to § 9-527 the CHRISTOPHER MATTHEW SPARKMAN TRUST provided notice to the Washing D.C. Secretary of the Treasury, Enterprise Computing Center, Texas SOS, Puerto Rico, Secretary of the Treasury, and Tennessee SOS and further placed public notice for four weeks in the CoppellGazette legal notices section, expressing the Cestie Que Vie Trust beneficiary had reaching the age of majority, the formation of trust and lien filings, and a copyright on the dba.

Now with both constructive and expressed notice, the Christopher Matthew Sparkman Trust a common law business trust founded in the Tennessee Republic stands empowered with a proper fiduciary, an expressed private agreement, and  chosen beneficiaries to serve by expanding trust business activities in both public and private ventures.

Our newest venture's are in the County of Maury in the Republic of Tennessee, where our dba Handy Sheds is now operating on the public record as of 01/24/2025. Also, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture where the Trust has partnered with Sato Enterprise Investments to acquire desirable assets in growing markets abroad.
